Appointments must be booked in advance. We kindly request clients to arrive on time to ensure a smooth experience. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time. Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Repeated no-shows may lead to refusal of future bookings.
All services once completed are non-refundable. Advance payments made for appointments, packages, or promotional offers are non-refundable but may be adjusted for rescheduling with prior notice. Products purchased from the salon are not eligible for refund unless found damaged at the time of purchase.
